About The Teacher

FAQ

What should I wear to Yoga?

Loose comfortable clothing not restricting

movement or breathing. Yoga is practiced barefoot but socks are good to wear if you are cold.

What should I bring to a class?

I have some Yoga mats, pillows and blankets but please bring your own if you have them.

Can I eat before a Yoga class?

Try not to eat before a class as Yoga postures massage the internal organs. It is fine to drink water in class if needed.

What information should I give the Yoga teacher?

Please tell me before a class if you have suffered any injuries recently, if you are pregnant or if you have a chronic illness.

Who are General Yoga classes for?

General classes suit most people most of the time.

If you are new to Yoga you are welcome to a General class as I ask everyone in my class to stretch within their own capabilities.

I provide modifications for postures to make them achievable.
